Typically, we respond to support requests within 2 hours. However, there are times when our support team are swamped for one reason or another. We ask that you allow up to one business day for a response.

Useful Details to Include in a Support Request

  • Which operating system you are using
  • Which language you are using (VB.NET, C#, etc.)
  • Tell us if you are using code-behind or inline code
  • We can sometimes identify a solution faster if you include/attach your code (or a code snippet)
  • Complete Error Message (if any)
