form field detection and so on, there are times when a customer needs a
very specific enhancement to an existing product to meet their needs.
360 IMPACT typically provides
product customization at $85 per hour. In cases where a customer needs an
enhancement that would likely apply to the rest of our customer base, we
charge $45 per hour and add the enhancement to a future product release
(when approved by the customer requesting the product enhancement.)
When we make a specific product enhancement
for a customer that will not be added into a future product release, we
charge a nominal fee to add the enhancement into future product releases
for the customer if they elect to utilize a future version of the product.
